Statement on our Easter Clubs

A message about our Easter Clubs

As I’m sure most, if not all of you, will already gathered we are not going to be able to run any of Easter holiday clubs. We are gutted, the holiday clubs are always such great fun, the Easter ones in particular coming after the long dark winter….

The Covid-19 pandemic, has hit us hard. As well as not being able to run the Easter clubs, we’re unable to carry out 120 teaching sessions we had in place for next term, and all 22 of our afterschool wildlife clubs have been cancelled too. The Summer term is our favourite, lots of fun in the sun, and getting to wear shorts and t-shirts (it’s the simple things in life)

All my team have been furloughed, and I’m waiting to hear from HMRC regarding my self employed status.

However I know things will improve and me and the team will ready, firing on all cylinders for our triumphant return 😊

I’m hoping that we will all, as a species, realise that we’ve an opportunity to rethink our attitude towards our fellow man and the planet, and that after the dark days things might improve globally.

We’re hoping that we will be able to run the Summer holiday sessions. Places are already filling fast.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and kind words during this difficult time.

Take care always, stay safe and well and a big hello to all the children from me.
