PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

We have rearranged our summer holiday clubs into camps that will run for consecutive days. This is to minimise the risk of our work contributing to the spread of coronavirus, and we now plan to start these in Phase 3 (which we expect to be on Monday 13 July). Please be aware that this is conditional on the Scottish Government moving the country into Phase 3, should this not happen, unfortunately, we will not be able to run the camps.

Given the limit on numbers that we are expecting to be able to offer, we have to ask that you only book your children onto one ‘Holiday Camp’. If advice changes on how many children will be able to be in each camp, we will open this up further, but this will likely not be clear until the phase 3 announcements are made on Thursday 9 July.

There are 3, 4, and 5 day camps available to book, with locations grouped roughly in North and South Edinburgh to minimise the need for travel. The costs will be £30 per day, so a 5 day camp will be £150, 4 day camps will be £120, and 3 day camps will be £90. Clubs are for children 8+ years old.

We will be staggering the start times to keep the groups in similar areas separate. So the days will run either from 9:30-16:30 or 10:00-17:00. We will let you know once groups are confirmed which group you are in.

Some camps are fully booked as we opened the camps to those who had already made a summer clubs booking with us first. There is an option to book onto a waiting list for these camps. For the camps with spaces, we will let you know as soon as we can if you have a place or are on a waiting list. Places will be given on a first come first served basis. We appreciate that a lot of people will be disappointed and we apologise that we can’t accommodate more people, but we hope you understand that we are doing all we can in difficult circumstances.
