Much of our time is spent creating new areas for nature to thrive within school grounds. These wildlife gardens are an invaluable addition to many schools - areas for work, rest and play, providing unique educational tools and inspiration to take back to the classroom. Getting children involved is key and teams of wildlife rangers not only learn new skills, but also care for and respect the environment they see every day.

A lot of our days are spent running Wildlife Ranger Services, where we take groups of children out of class to study and record wildlife in their school grounds, learn how to encourage more and communicate this information to the rest of the school. Children fill in application forms and are interviewed for this - Wildlife Ranger places are highly sought after!
