Environmental Educator (Lead) Vacancy

July 13th, 2017 | Category: News

There is a second great opportunity for someone to join our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about wildlife, the environment and inspiring the next generation. If you are enthusiastic and have the ability to engage with young people, have a laid-back manner but responsible attitude to work, can contribute to a growing organisation and you would like every working day to be fun, exciting and varied, you could be the person we’re looking for.

This part-time position will involve taking the lead running five after-school Wildlife Clubs, assisted by another member of our team. They take place on weekdays from 3.15 – 5.30pm in primary schools around Edinburgh. There is also a great opportunity to be involved in our environmental teaching sessions and wildlife garden development during school hours (normally on a voluntary basis though there is potential for extra paid work).
